How is the price decided?+
Seafood is sold at market price, which moves daily with the catch. Send your list and we reply with today’s rate per kilo before you commit — nothing is charged until you confirm.
When do you deliver?+
Order before 16:00 for same-day delivery in Dubai, or pick a morning, midday or evening slot for the next day. Wider UAE runs on a schedule — ask for your area.
Is there a minimum order?+
For retail and kitchens we keep it flexible; for export the minimum is 100 kg per species per shipment. Tell us your volume and we will confirm.
How do I pay?+
Payment is arranged with the sales desk when the order is confirmed — cash or card on delivery for retail, and bank transfer or agreed terms for trade accounts.
Can you clean and cut the fish?+
Yes, at no extra cost. Choose whole, cleaned, fillet or steak cut in the order form and add anything specific in the notes.
What if the fish is not right on arrival?+
Tell the driver or message us the same day with a photo. We replace it on the next run or credit the order — that is the whole basis of buying fresh.
Do you export outside the UAE?+
Daily by air from Dubai, chilled or frozen, with health certificates, certificate of origin and the rest of the clearance paperwork issued before departure.
